The room was superb at the top of the hotel with a view of the Tower. Vaulted ceilings and separate shower room. Short walk to the Tower and cathedral and restaurants. Staff were great, especially reception and the night porter who gave us a lift to the airport (cos it was a bank holiday and taxis were few and far between).
We love the location of the property and the staff. Communication was on point, everyone was helpful and friendly. Our bags were taken to our room while we were out sightseeing.
Very conveniently located for the tower. Very good quality of service. They looked after our luggage after check out and the breakfast was great value and delicious. Staff were very nice.

The staff went above and beyond. My grandparents were late in from their flight and had tea and coffee made for them. Breakfast was also very good. Help with the bags was also greatly appreciated! Just be prepared for stairs

Property was ideally situated and the staff were lovely.
Everything was perfect. Lovely stuff. We stayed there for one night. The leaning tower is 500 mtr away, which is perfect because you are very local but away from the tourist crowd.
